If you believe a template in the GoTalk NOW EU Gallery contains illegal content (for example, a photo of you or your child shared without permission, someone else's personal data, hateful or harmful material, or material that infringes your rights), please tell us.

How to report

Email dmca@attainmentcompany.com with the subject “EU Gallery report” and include:

the web address of the template (open it in the gallery and copy the address);
what the content is and why you believe it is illegal, naming the law if you know it;
your name and email address (not required if you are reporting child sexual abuse material);
a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.

For copyright claims you can also follow our DMCA policy. If you published the template yourself, you can remove it at any time in the GoTalk NOW app.

What happens next

We confirm that we've received your report.
A person reviews it promptly and decides whether to remove the template or restrict access to it.
We tell you our decision. If we remove or restrict a template, we tell the person who published it (where we can reach them) and give our reasons.
If you disagree with a decision, reply to our decision email and we will review it again.

If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.

Wenn Sie glauben, dass eine Vorlage in der GoTalk NOW EU-Galerie rechtswidrige Inhalte enthält (zum Beispiel ein Foto von Ihnen oder Ihrem Kind, das ohne Einwilligung geteilt wurde, personenbezogene Daten anderer, hetzerische oder schädliche Inhalte oder Inhalte, die Ihre Rechte verletzen), teilen Sie uns das bitte mit.

So melden Sie einen Inhalt

Schreiben Sie an dmca@attainmentcompany.com mit dem Betreff „EU Gallery report“ und geben Sie an:

die Webadresse der Vorlage (öffnen Sie sie in der Galerie und kopieren Sie die Adresse);
um welchen Inhalt es geht und warum Sie ihn für rechtswidrig halten, wenn möglich mit Angabe der Rechtsvorschrift;
Ihren Namen und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse (nicht erforderlich, wenn Sie Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs melden);
eine Erklärung, dass Sie in gutem Glauben davon überzeugt sind, dass die Angaben in Ihrer Meldung richtig und vollständig sind.

Bei Urheberrechtsverletzungen können Sie auch unserer DMCA-Richtlinie folgen. Wenn Sie die Vorlage selbst veröffentlicht haben, können Sie sie jederzeit in der App GoTalk NOW entfernen.

Wir bestätigen den Eingang Ihrer Meldung.
Ein Mensch prüft sie zeitnah und entscheidet, ob die Vorlage entfernt oder der Zugang eingeschränkt wird.
Wir teilen Ihnen unsere Entscheidung mit. Wenn wir eine Vorlage entfernen oder einschränken, informieren wir die Person, die sie veröffentlicht hat (soweit wir sie erreichen können), und nennen unsere Gründe.
Wenn Sie mit einer Entscheidung nicht einverstanden sind, antworten Sie auf unsere E-Mail, und wir prüfen sie erneut.

Wenn das Leben oder die Sicherheit einer Person unmittelbar gefährdet ist, wenden Sie sich bitte zuerst an die Polizei oder den Notruf.
